Terms of Service

follow.me.in (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is a link-in-bio platform that lets creators publish a public profile at follow.me.in/here/your-name. These Terms are maintained by the team operating follow.me.in and govern your use of the Service.

You need an account to claim a username and manage links. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to sign up.

You keep ownership of the links, text, and images you put on your profile. By posting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of running the Service. Delete your profile and the license ends.

You agree not to use follow.me.in to:

• Host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or fraud schemes.
• Impersonate another person or brand without permission.
• Promote hate, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We can suspend or remove profiles that break these rules, with or without notice.

Usernames are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or have been inactive for an extended period.

The paid creator plan is billed in advance. You may choose card checkout through Paddle or supported cryptocurrency checkout through XMRGate. Paddle acts as merchant of record for card payments and handles applicable taxes and receipts. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or the payment provider's terms. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the provider states otherwise.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific link or profile will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, follow.me.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
